OKC Animal Welfare serves more than 24,000 animals each year in the City of OKC, and we also provide animal sheltering services for the cities of Del City, Valley Brook and Tinker Air Force Base. We do not euthanize any animals based on their length of time in the shelter. In addition to these main roles, we also provide pubic microchipping, city pet licensing, and other educational services to our community. In addition to providing a safe environment for our adoptable animals we also are responsible for the enforcement of all animal related laws within the City of Norman and holding all stray animals that are located.
